The "Strength Training Challenge for Women" is a free, 30-minute strength training routine designed for all fitness levels that requires no equipment and can be done anytime, anywhere. The challenge runs from April 28th to May 9th and encourages women to celebrate Mother’s Day by focusing on their own health.
