NSNA Retreat 2024 Registration
  1. A warm welcome to all Nagarathars. Please read this page entirely before you start the registration process.
  2. We need to collect information about each and every person attending the retreat due to legal requirements. There is no registration cost for children 5 and below
  3. You can always edit your registration. Once you submit your registration, you will receive a reference number. You need the reference number and the email address to edit your registration.
  4. It is recommended that you have your photo ready during registration if you want your family photo to be included in the retreat souvenir book (.jpeg, .png). If you do not have it, you can still submit your registration and return to the portal to edit your registration and provide your photo at a later time. Please make sure to submit your photo by 5-24-2024.
  5. Payment can be made via Zelle or Paypal or Check. Please make sure to include your registration number in the memo field when paying by Zelle or Check. Recipient email address for Zelle payment is jointtreasurer@achi.org.
  6. If you are paying through Zelle, you may have a daily limit imposed by your bank. You may have to set up multiple payments. We’ll track them as we receive them. Please look to make your transactions on consecutive business days so we can mark your registration complete in a timely manner. For every transaction, please make sure to include your Registration number in the memo field.
  7. If paying by check, make the check payable to NSNA and mail the check to 'Nagarathar Sangam of North America, 4598 Appletree Court, West Bloomfield, MI 48323'
  8. Your registration is not complete until your payment is received. 
  9. We will confirm receipt of your payment via email within 5 business days of receiving the entire amount.

  11. Cancellation Policy: The retreat registration can be cancelled for a full refund before April 15th 2024. For cancellations between April 15th and June 15th, NSNA will withhold $300. This hold back is for contingency and is solely to protect NSNA from significant financial loss and could be refunded back to you after the completion of the Retreat and full accounting for the same. Cancellations after June 15th of 2024 are not eligible for a refund.
