NSNA Retreat 2026 Registration
  1. A warm welcome to all Nagarathars. Please read this page fully before starting your registration.
  2. We must collect information for everyone attending the retreat due to legal requirements. Children aged 5 and under can register for free.
  3. After you submit your registration, you will receive a Registration Number by email. Use this number and your email address to edit your registration, if needed.
  4. Have your family photo (as jpg, jpeg or png file) ready during registration if you want it printed in the retreat souvenir book. If photo is not readily available, you can submit your registration now and return to the portal to edit your registration and upload the photo later. Make sure to upload it by May 24, 2026.
  5. Payment can be made via Zelle, PayPal, or Check. If paying by Zelle or Check, include your registration number in the memo. For Zelle, use retreat.treasurer@achi.org.
  6. If paying via Zelle, your bank may limit daily transfers. You might need to split your payment over multiple days. Send each payment on consecutive business days if possible, and include your Registration Number in the memo of every transaction.
  7. If paying by Check, make it payable to NSNA and mail it to: Nagarathar Sangam of North America, 2037 KINDERTON MANOR DR, DULUTH, GA 30097-5968.
  8. Your registration is complete once we receive full payment. We will confirm receipt by email within 5 business days.

  10. Cancellation Policy:  The retreat registration can be cancelled for a full refund until April 12, 2026. For cancellations between April 13, 2026 and June 14, 2026, NSNA will withhold $300 as a contingency fee. This amount is intended to protect NSNA from potential financial loss and may be refunded after the Retreat is completed and all expenses are fully accounted for. Cancellations after June 14, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
