Your hotel assignment is based on the package you choose and the order in which we receive your full payment.
Sponsor Packages (Platinum, Diamond, Gold): Guaranteed rooms at The Inn at Chateau Elan.
Other Packages: Assigned in this order: Hampton Inn → SpringHill Suites → Holiday Inn Express.
Please note: You enter the hotel allocation queue only after full payment is received.

The retreat registration can be cancelled for a full refund until April 12, 2026.
For cancellations between April 13, 2026 and June 14, 2026, NSNA will withhold $300 as a contingency fee. This amount is intended to protect NSNA from potential financial loss and may be refunded after the Retreat is completed and all expenses are fully accounted for.
Cancellations after June 14, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
For the convenience of our out-of-town guests, the retreat committee will provide a complimentary hourly shuttle service from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to Chateau Elan on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
This service is free of charge and will be offered via motor coaches with a seating capacity of approximately 50 passengers.
Shuttles will depart hourly beginning at 1:00 PM, with the final departure at 6:00 PM.
For the convenience of our out-of-town guests, the retreat committee will provide a complimentary hourly shuttle service from Chateau Elan to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Sunday, July 5, 2026.
This service is free of charge and will be offered via motor coaches with a seating capacity of approximately 50 passengers.
Shuttles will depart hourly beginning at 6:00 AM, with the final departure at 2:00 PM.
