We are extremely pleased to announce that honorable Mr. V.Veerappan, will be the esteemed chief guest at this year’s NSNA retreat in Trenton, New Jersey. Mr. Veerappan resides in Bangalore, India and is a successful entrepreneur as well as an involved community leader.

Mr. Veerappan graduated from Annamalai University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and continues to motivate the next generation by holding committee positions at his alma mater’s alumni groups. He is the co-founder and president of Tessolve Services, a leading integrated circuit test engineering solution provider (www.tessolve.com). He brings with him 25 years of varied experience in companies like Sterling Electronics, DCM Data Products, Wipro Technologies, Motorola and BPL Telecom before Tessolve. He is also the co-founder and Director of TAAP Semiconductor India Pvt. Ltd. In addition to these, Mr. Veerappan is also an active industrialist who is involved in other councils and associations.

Mr. Veerappan is a dedicated leader and is involved in many social activities; Paul Harris Fellow Rotary, Kaviarasar Kannadasan Social Welfare Trust over which he presides, Alert foundation, M Veerappan/ VR Udayammai Charitable Trust and REC, Chennai are a few such organizations.

Mr. Veerappan contributes significantly to our nagarathar community in multitude of ways as well as helping with the upkeep of temples in various locations. He is the vice president of the Karnataka Nagarathar Sangam, president of the Chockalingam Pudur Temple Kumbabhisega Committee, advisor of the Chockalingam Pudur Welfare Association, special invitee of the Vairavan Kovil Nattukottai Nagarathar Association and trustee of the Chetty Murugan Temple in Bangalore.

Mr. Veerappan has been recognized for his dedication and achievements both in the industrial and communal fields by obtaining the following awards: Motorola CEO Award in 2000, Motorola India awards (two-time winner), Vocational Awards from Rotary International (three- time winner), Kannadasan Pugal Kavalar Award, Young Entrepreneur Award from Nagarathar Malar and Achiever Award in Nagarathar Manadu in 2008.
