Pillayar Nonbu 2010

Pillay Nonbu was celebrated on Sat, Dec 11^th at Senthil and Maha’s house. 49 elais’ were distributed. We had delicious, traditional, Chettinadu cuisine. We also had a feast for our senses with the kids performing dance and piano, and reciting verses from Aathisoodi. Each kid recited verses from Avvayar’s Aathisoodi on a particular topic, explained its meaning and also narrated a life experience to reiterate the relevance of the verses to our daily lives.
