Masala Seeyam (மசாலா சீயம்)

Ingredients
- 2 cups of raw rice (Enriched Long Grain rice)
- 1 cup Urad Dal
- 2 tbs Javarisi or Sabudana (soak separately)
- 6 green chilies
- 1 cup chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves, mustard
- Soak rice and urad dal for 2 hrs and blend in a grinder. Add the soaked sabudana and salt to the ground mixture.
- Chop onions, green chilies and coriander leaves finely.
- Heat oil and sauté mustard, curry leaves, chopped onions and green chilies.
- Cool the sautéed mixture and it to the ground rice and dal mixture. Add the coriander leaves.
