Is anyone happy is a great question. I have asked many many people, they have been saying there is something with them for which they are not happy. We have to know the reason why?.
The Shastras say(Srimad Bhaghavat Gita and Srimad Bhaghavadham - the essence of all vedic literatures) anyone is not happy because this is KaliYuga and everyone is endeavouring so many things/desires and trying to become happy and the result is they get entangled with the same thing even if they achieve what they desired. When they achieve the desired opulence they become temporarily happy is like a person drowining and lifting the head above the water level for few seconds. So the Supreme Personality of Godhead when he appeared personally in this planet earth he said: Anyone is not happy because they have forgotten who they are and forgotten the eternal relationship with the Supreme Personality of Godhead Krishna. Lord Krishna says in Gita, Bahunam Janmanam ante - i.e after several million lifetimes we get Human body and the purpose of Human body is to serve him in whatever ways possible. Can be serving a Vaishnava, cleaning the temple - cleanses the Heart, can be distributing Krishna Prashadham to everyone, inviting people for Ratha Yatra, Preaching about Krishna like that there 9 types of service - includes Shravanam - hearing, Kritanam - talking , Archanam, Vandhanam, PadaSevanam, Dasyam, Sakhyam, Atma Nivedhanam .
He also pointed to Arjuna in MahaBharatha War, He is the Supreme Lord and everything emanates from him. Lord Krishna said Surrender to me, Worship me I will take care of you. Lord Jesus and Prophet Muhammad said they are messengers of God. Only in Gita, Lord himself has said he is the Lord. So if we open mindedly look into Gita, we get all answers to our daily life.

mām evaiṣyasi yuktvaivam
He also said to worship him is easy. Just give your true love and devotion with a Tulasi Leaf, Water, a flower and a fruit and one condition "WITH LOVE".
patraḿ puṣpaḿ phalaḿ toyaḿ
yo me bhaktyā prayacchati
aśnāmi prayatātmanaḥ
If one offers Me with love and devotion a leaf, a flower, fruit or water, I will accept it.
Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer or give away, and whatever austerities you perform — do that, O son of Kuntī, as an offering to Me.
But remember Krishna does not eat Meat/Fish. If we do not offer to Him, we are eating sins. Meat/Fish cannot be offered so you cannot eat as per Vedic Principles. No Caffeine, No Garlic , No Onion to cut the stimulant that brings angerness. You will find no bad odour in home when you follow the above food habits - guaranteed.
