Lot of enthusiasm for summer picnic, sure should be fun.

Dear Regional Secretary Murgappan-

At this point there are only handful of nagarthars using Achi.org forums so we suggest sending an email blast to NY/NJ/CT members to get attention from broader community.

Once you work out the logistcis I suggest posting the plan/logistics in Achi.org(NY/NJ/CT regional sangam page) and send out the link via email that way we can also bring in traffic to the new features added to the website like forums, wiki pages, nanal articles etc

As far as date and location it is difficult to meet everyone's expectations so please pick a date and location and send out an email. Once you send out an email I'm sure there will be lot of volunteers to help you out with the logistics
