The privacy of its members as well as prospective members is important to NSNA. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our information practices. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on our website, telephonically or in person.
The Information We Collect
Typically we collect the following personal information:

- Children’s names
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Native Village
- Kovil
How We Use Information
We use the information provided to us to communicate with members and prospective members about upcoming events, highlight issues relevant to the NSNA community, mail NSNA’s quarterly magazine, and to conduct the general business of NSNA.
For the benefit of our members and prospective members, we may also publish a NSNA address book. NSNA members and prospective members will be allowed to opt-out of including their personal information in the address book. The address book will only be distributed to NSNA members and prospective members as a private publication and will include strict warnings about solicitation and misuse.
We will never share personal information with outside parties or individual members, other than as outlined herein. Moreover, to the best of our abilities, we will not permit this information to be used to facilitate nuisance or excessive e-mails, phone calls or mailings.
