Here is your opportunity to be heard and rewarded at the same time! The competition is simple and the topics are simple too. Everyone who participates will be rewarded with volunteer hours to the community that may be used toward your graduation requirement. The top three write-ups will be published on the NANAL and will fetch a gift card of $75, $50, or $25. The topic for the September 2010 NANAL Issue is,

“Challenges in Embracing Nagarathar Culture & Tradition in the U.S.”

Put on your thinking cap and write what you think are those challenges, how you are resolving them presently, and how you would like them to be resolved. The rules are simple:

1.   The article should be in English and not more than 1,000 words.
2.   Age group from 12 to 22 can participate
3.   Make sure you mention your full name, age, and the region.
4.   Attach your passport size photo, if you would like.

Submit your article via www.achi.org. All submitted articles will be evaluated by a panel of qualified judges with whom only your article and age will be shared and nothing more.
