Our mission is to organize the national convention during the Independence Day weekend of July 2011 (July 2, 3 and 4). We will bring together all Nagarathars across the USA and welcome Nagarathars across the globe. Two and a half days packed with fun filled entertainment, food, socializing, information sessions and youth activities.

This committee is made up of 10 energetic individuals that are working together with one common goal, an incredibly awesome retreat in July 2011 for everyone. Currently, there are 10 sub-committees with various tasks. Each sub-committee consists of a team leader along with several members. We are meeting on a monthly basis in person and via conference call to accomplish the biggest challenge, confirming the right venue. The attendance at this retreat is expected to be approximately 1,000 people, the highest ever! We certainly welcome more and have the capability and ability to handle more than 1,000 people. Our goal is also to keep all attendees under one roof and within walking distance to the hotel and banquet hall facilities. It has been indeed challenging to find such a venue for such a large capacity. We are very close to finalizing something and the achi.org site will be updated accordingly. Attention to detail in order to create the ultimate retreat experience for every single attendee is our number one priority.
