  2007 NSNA Retreat Invitation

The Detroit Nagarathars would like to take this opportunity to invite all of you to the 2007 NSNA Retreat, which will be held on May 26th and 27th of 2007 in Dearborn, Michigan. We have arranged accommodation for you and your family at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn, a four-diamond luxurious hotel that is minutes away from the airport, downtown and the popular Henry Ford Museum.

Hyatt Regency Dearborn, Michigan

We are planning to host a fun filled event at the classic renaissance theatre, The Ford Performing Arts Centre. This 1,200 seat auditorium features the latest lighting and sound systems, and is set to support the greatest professional demands while providing a friendly environment for our many local Cultural programs. Across the theatre is a magnificent dome that can accommodate up to 1000 people for dining.

Our Detroit team has put a lot of effort in preparing a DVD that you will be viewing during the Pillyar Nonbu function, which is our extended invitation to all of you. This DVD provides information on the past retreat programs, pictures of the 2005 retreat and information on the 2007 Retreat. We encourage you to view this 15 minute DVD and also look over the registration form that has been provided to your regional representative.

As all of you know, the cultural program is the most anticipated event of the Retreat. We would like you to send us your region’s cultural program detail via the representative assigned to your regions. We are allocating 20 minutes to each of the 18 regions. Depending on the response from each region, we might be able to provide you with additional time as required.

The Detroit team is very excited to host this event and look forward to seeing all of you next year at the 2007 NSNA Retreat. For further information on the retreat, please contact Alagappan Sundarakesari at 248-470-9853 or Sam Sadaps at 586-323-5116.
