Check in time for Hotel: 10 AM to 2 PM
Stage Transition Time for all programs
All programs have a 3 minute transition time allocated by the stage
committee for stage setup, audio and lighting arrangments, screen
control and enter/exit time for program participants
Bus Details Summary:
Saturday 12:00 PM to 1:30 AM (last trip must start at 1:00 AM) Two 56
Passenger Coach Bus. (112 Passengers can be transported in one trip at
the peek time)
Sunday 9:00 AM to 1:30 AM (last trip must start at 1:00 AM) One 56
Passenger Coach and One 36 Passenger Coach. (92 Passengers can be
transported in one trip at the peek time)
Trip Summary:
Before the main event starts (cultural/picnic) the busses will shuttle
once in 20 minutes (peak time). On the regular time the busses will
shuttle once in 30/45 minutes (depends on the passenger availability).
There will one trip to Novi Lucky for Youth Program on Saturday (4:45
PM to 7:45 PM).

NSNA reached our Hotel block allocation in Jan 2007, but we have
managed to extend the discounted Hotel rates till April 15th ($89 per day if registered till April 15th), after negotiations
