1. Please send all submissions in electronic form only to one of the editors. Typed articles are especially importance for all Tamil submissions. If you do not mind please provide us with head-and-shoulders photo of author.
2. For Tamil article, use the Murasu Anjal font, which can be freely downloaded from the web at http://www.murasu.com
3. Regional reports: Please limit regional reports to one page (Times New Roman, 10pt), including group photos.
4. All article must be limited to one page in Times New Roman, 10 pt. This is to keep the interest of the reader and also to accommodate article from lot of people. Article should be an original work and does not promote a product, service, or company.
5. Articles can be accompanied any supporting charts, photos, artwork, or pertinent facts.
6. We need articles, recipes, and questions for "Ask the Doctor" and "Ask the Dietician" columns from all members of our community. Your article or question will be published under a pen name if requested.
7. Please encourage children to send in their articles. All submissions from children should include their age.
8."Articles should avoid using and demeaning information about a particular identity, e.g. individual, community and religion."
