The NSNA picnic will be at "Herrick Lake forest preserver". It is located on Butterfield road which is about 10 minutes drive from the hotel. The area is well known as a local place for easier, more family and group-oriented outings. It has a lake, 1 mile jogging/bike trail, picnic shelters, boating etc.
